MULTICULTURAL Business & Career EXPO is an annual event that offers resources in several major areas – business development, career advancement, health, education, and non-profits.
PRESS RELEASE
The Expo is aimed to promote growth of local economy, reduce unemployment, and inspire education and career growth. The event provides a showcase of local businesses, government organizations and non-profits, improves consumer confidence, educates small business owners about the government contract opportunities, and connects leading employers with the local workforce professionals.
The Business sector of the Expo provides an excellent platform for businesses to personally connect multicultural consumers. Event attendees get an exceptional opportunity to reinforce community presence, promote certain programs among the multicultural consumers, and deliver information about the overall benefits offered by their organization.
Employment opportunities presented at the event vary from part time positions for high school students to advanced career openings for working professionals. The Health sector is designed to showcase vendors, programs, and opportunities to improve your health and lifestyle.
At he Health Section of the MULTICULTURAL Business & Career EXPO, attendees will have the chance to discover various medical programs catered to different career paths within the healthcare industry. Additionally, participants can learn about the latest health insurance plans available, ensuring they have the necessary coverage for their medical needs. Representatives from local clinics and hospitals will also be present, providing the chance to network and inquire about potential job opportunities or services offered. This section of the EXPO aims to empower individuals by equipping them with the knowledge and connections necessary to succeed in the healthcare field.
At the EXPO, visitors can explore a wide range of educational opportunities. Whether one is looking for affordable K-12 private or charter schools or seeking post graduate degrees as a working adult, there is something for everyone. Visitors can discover programs that cater specifically to working adults, allowing them to continue their education while managing their careers. Furthermore, individuals interested in transferring to a university can acquire valuable information on the transfer process, ensuring a smooth transition. Additionally, attendees can inquire about financial aid options, student loans, and scholarships, making education more accessible for all.
At the Non-Profit section of the EXPO, we aim to connect you with valuable resources and information about charity projects in our local community. Whether you are interested in learning more about chamber and rotary resources, meeting representatives from local charity organizations, or finding ways to support the community through volunteering, you have come to the right place. We believe in the power of supporting local non-profits and are committed to providing you with the necessary tools to make a positive impact. Together, let's build a stronger community by rallying behind these important organizations.

This year, in partnership with U.S. Small Business Administration, National Federation of Independent Business, Kabateck Strategies, State Board of Equalization, Startup Sacramento, Martinez Communications, Local Chambers of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, Churches and our Media Partners we are bringing together more than 100 organizations providing small business resources and supporting workforce development. We’ll have a great opportunity to meet and network together!
